Cancellation Policy:
If the customer cancels the reservation for any reason, the following penalties and/or cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellation fee:
- From the moment of booking up to 21 days before arrival 30% of the total amount of the stay.
- Less than 20 days before arrival 100% of the total amount of the stay.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing by email.
NOTE: If the reason for cancellation is covered by the customer’s personal insurance policy terms, the customer will have to claim the costs for cancellation fee according to procedure.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) for the rooms in stop will be as follows:
- The daily cleaning of all the rooms will be carried out from 10.00 to 13.00 with the change of towels;
- change of bed linen and bathrobe every three nights.
Cover accidental damage to the property and/ or furniture even common areas
A non-refundable damage coverage policy of €198.00 with damage coverage up to €5,000.00 will be paid at the balance of the reservation.
