Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Very beautiful view of the lake. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Dry toilet in the annex. No shower. Process water from the well. Drinking water from the store.

Property composed of main house and outbuilding 14 km from the centre of Vatnestrøm, 14 km from the centre of Birkeland, 26 km from the centre of Kristiansand, 15 m from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 1'200 m2 with meadow. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, bathing place. Available: canoe. Rowing boat with motor (on request). 40 m footpath to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 14 km, ferry "Kristiansand" 26 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, fishing possibilities 15 m. No running water in the house.
