Tenute Eméra is a winery owned by Claudio Quarta Vignaiolo located in Lizzano, Puglia, in the Salento region of Italy. The name is derived from the Greek goddess Hemera, a symbol of daylight, and is a tribute to the culture of Magna Graecia and the geographic location of Salento, the easternmost edge of Italy. With an 80-hectare property, 50 of which are planted with vineyards, Tenute Eméra is located near the Ionian Sea and is famous for its Primitivo di Manduria wine. Within the vineyards is the old Casino Nitti-Quarta, a historic building that holds traces of the local wine-making tradition. This is also the site of the "Lu Capucanali" festival, which celebrates the historic ritual of the grape harvest and offers participants the opportunity to experience the traditional crushing of grapes with their feet.

Masseria Tenute Emerà offers two luxury rooms, each with its own distinctive character and charm, ideal to accommodate up to 6 pax.

The first Suite of Eméra Wine Resort, located on the first floor with panoramic views of the vineyards, offers a stay of luxury and comfort. The living room of 23 sqm is equipped with underfloor radiant air conditioning for cooling and heating, with a system of humidity control via fancoil. It is furnished with a Gervasoni sofa bed to accommodate two additional people. The second bathroom in the suite is equipped with a hairdryer, sink and bidet, with a heated shower on the terrace. Wi-Fi is free, and there is a desk for those working. The room has a refrigerator, and a stereo system with speakers is present in the living room, bedroom, bathroom and terrace.

The terrace houses a small pool with electrolytic system for water disinfection, heated to ensure relaxation even during the colder months. The bedroom, of 18 sqm, offers the same air conditioning system, a safe for valuables and a double bed with topper for a restful sleep. A desk and a mirrored TV complete the comfort of the bedroom.
The second Deluxe Room of Eméra Wine Resort, located on the first floor, offers a stay of maximum comfort. The spacious bedroom (25 sqm) is equipped with a sophisticated underfloor radiant air conditioning system for cooling and heating, with fancoil support for humidity control. The safe guarantees the safety of valuables, and there is a refrigerator in the room. A Gervasoni armchair bed offers additional space for relaxation, and free Wi-Fi allows you to stay connected during your stay. The double bed, large and comfortable, guarantees a regenerating rest thanks to the topper. A shelf/desk is available for working or studying.

The spacious bathroom is well equipped, with hairdryer, bidet, a shower of 6 sqm, sink and toilet. Wi-Fi is also available in this area.

The terrace houses a small swimming pool with electrolytic water disinfection system, heated for a unique relaxation even in the coldest months. In addition, there is an open panoramic shower and foot wash to refresh upon returning from the sea.

Cancellation policy:
If the customer cancels the reservation for any reason, the following penalties and / or cancellation fees will be applied.
Cancellation penalties:
- From the moment of booking until 46 days before arrival 30% of the total amount of the reservation coast is due.
- Less than 45 days before arrival 100% of the total amount of the reservation cost is due.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing by email.

Cancellation policy:
If the customer cancels the reservation for any reason, the following penalties and / or cancellation fees will be applied.
Cancellation penalties:
- From the moment of booking until 15 days before arrival 30% of the total amount of the reservation coast is due.
- Less than 14 days before arrival 100% of the total amount of the reservation cost is due.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing by email.

NOTE: If the reason for cancellation is covered by the terms of the insurance policy, the guest must claim the costs for the cancellation following the procedure of the insurance company.

Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- The daily rearrangement of all the rooms will be carried out from 10.00 to 13.00 with the change of towels;
- change of bed linen is every 3 nights.

Accidental damage coverage to the property and / or furnishings, including in the common areas
A non-refundable damage coverage policy of €198.00 with damage coverage up to €5,000.00 will be paid at the balance of the reservation.
