Good 3 room holiday house in Pianezzo with room for 4 people. Nice location.

"Cà Listra", 3-room cottage on 2 levels. Simple and rustic furnishings: open dining room with kitchen corner, radio and wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 small double bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Small living/sleeping room with 2 sofabeds (70 cm, length 180 cm). Exit to the balcony. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Please note: 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher.
