On the ground floor, we can find the main living spaces, showcasing a living area and a sitting area, a dining room with a large extendable dining table, a kitchen equipped with the latest appliances on the market, featuring a large central island, and a library/working space. On the exterior of this floor, there is a balcony where we can find an outdoor dining table and 2 lounge areas.
On the first floor, we have spacious bedrooms and the master suite with a fireplace and a private balcony with exterior furniture and phenomenal views over the landscape.
The lower ground floor features a pool table, a table football, table tennis, dartboard and a complete home cinema with amplifier surround sound. This floor is ideal not only for entertaining but it can also be used as a conference room.
The extensive exteriors of this magnificent property provide plenty of space to relax. A massive 14 m x 4 m heated swimming pool and sunbathing terraces are a true invitation to laze under the Portuguese sunshine. Furthermore, 2 lounge areas: a sunken lounge with a fire pit and an L-shape sofa with 2-seater sofas fit perfectly when socializing is in order. An outdoor dining table overlooking the pool, and a barbecue, provide the possibility to al fresco dining. To complement this phenomenal holiday home we have a fantastic Jacuzzi with views over Sintra´s mountains.
