IMPORTANT, when a group books the version with up to 10 sleeps (lower rental rates), only 5 of the bedrooms/bathrooms will be available - normally the ones on the ground and 2nd floor are the ones which will be closed, but the clients can chose depending on the type of bathroom (shower or tub).
