Marinella is a beautiful seafront villa in the Plemmirio marine reserve, south of Syracuse, in Sicily. This two-family villa is completely independent. Its exclusive location is one of a kind: from the garden there is direct access to the cliffs and the Fanusa shore, famous for its crystal clear waters and extraordinary seabed rich in marine life. The house faces a large park bordering the cliffs, with shady pine trees, palm trees and other Mediterranean scrub plants. Inside, the house has two floors which are connected inside by a spiral staircase, and outside as well.
Villa Marinella’s location is perfect if you love the sea and snorkeling. It is also just kilometers away from the center of Syracuse, Noto, and the Pantalica and Vendicari nature reserves. Just minutes away by car there are also the splendid sandy beaches of Arenella and Fontane Bianche.
At guests’ disposal: Wifi internet; parking; air conditioning; covered terrace furnished for outdoor dining.
