Very nice 3 room holiday house (88 m2) in Savonlinna with room for 8 people.

70 km to the northeast from Savonlinna by the lake Kaitajärvi, located on ? private and peaceful plot.
Lake Kaitajärvi 25 m (length 9 km, width 0,5 km), clean and clear water, hard, gently deepening, sanded bottom (deeper mud). Rowing boat and swimming pier.

Wooden villa, built in 2014: living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms both with 160 cm double bed, sleeping loft with 160 cm double bed and 2 single beds, wood-heated sauna, washroom with shower and WC, dressing room, 30 m² covered terrace and 60 m² open terrace.

Steps lead from the second bedroom to a spacious sleeping loft, also equipped with a desk for teleworking.

Equipment: air source heat pump, underfloor heating in washroom, heat reserving fireplace and baking oven. High-speed wireless Internet access (4G, 300M), Smart TV. The cot and high chair for a baby are available free of charge. Please book in advance.

A 7-person hot tub embedded in the terrace can be rented separately from the owner from 1 May to 31 October. between (other times only if there is no frost) at a price of 180 e / 1-3 days and 240 e / 4-7 days. Hot tub is heated with wood, but can be kept warm with an electric maintenance heater. The hot tub has lights, a whirlpool system and a filter.
A bathrobe and slippers can be rented from the owner 25 e/person (you get slippers to yourself).

Outdoor: gas grill and electric smoker, terrace furniture, campfire site, woodshed, disc golf. Ice swimming possibility in winter time. High-quality and well-maintained villa with modern amenities by a clean and fishy lake Kaitajärvi. Interior is designed by interior designer, so it suits well for many kinds of people. The cabin has high-quality beds.
Water in the tap comes from own well and it contains iron, so there might be occasionally colour or taste in it. However, it's examined and safe to use and drink.

A peaceful plot guaranteeing full privacy. The yard facing to the northwest, in summer sun shines from 10.00 to 22.00. Sand beach and new pier. The road to the villa is closed with a chain, the distance is about 1,5 km. Distance to the nearest neighbor along the road is about 1,6 km.

Grocery store (SALE) and ABC fuel station are 5 km away. There are pharmacy, postal service, and recycling facilities (metal, cardboard, and glass) in connection with the store. Café with Matkahuolto service point and alcohol store (Alko) pick-up point for e-commerce orders 5 km.

Suitable for holidays all year round.

In summer & autumn: fishing (whitefish, perch, pike, and burbot), boat available and an outboard motor is available for rent by separate agreement from owner, good possibilities for picking berries and mushroom.
Lekotti vacation club about 1 km by boat, Kolovesi National Park 24 km, Kerimaa Golf 36 km, Savonlinna (e.g. sightseeing and opera festival) and monasteries about 70 km.

In winter: Lekotti ski resort 9 km along the road, 1 km across the ice, skiing, ice fishing (whitefish, perch and pike).
