Very nice 3 room holiday house (85 m2) in Savonlinna with room for 6 people.
11 km to the west form Savonlinna, lake Saimaa/Pihlajavesi 5 m, very gently deepening sandy beach, another beach (which deepens faster) for adults, pier, rowing boat.
Wooden cabin 1995, renovated in 2010 and 2020, kitchen, living room, bedroom (11 m²) double bed, bedroom (7 m²) 120 cm wide bed, on the loft two beds (11 m², room height 230 cm), washroom with shower and WC, drain pump of WC causes louder sound than normally.
Separate sauna building (both wood heated sauna stove and electric sauna stove) 20 m² with washroom and fireplace room.
Outbuilding, where two alternate beds during summer time, summerhouse. Wuorilahti is a nice rental cabin for example for a family or couples, large and sheltered shallow sandy beach is suitable for small children. Another, deeper beach nearby sauna, is better for adults.
Services and attractions of Savonlinna within a short distance. Awesome views from the beach to the lake Saimaa.
Owner rents 2 kayaks (á 20€/day, 80€/week), 2 sup boards (á 20€/day, 80€/week) and outboard motor 4hp (50€/week). Tennis court available (only by using tennis shoes and client takes care of maintenance after use), rackets and balls for rent.
Ski slopes of Ruunarinteet 5,5 km, Horse riding school of Vuohimäki 6 km, Savonlinna 11 km, Aholahti ski resort 12 km, Kerimäki 34 km, Punkaharju, Kesämaa, Lusto, Retretti, scenery road of Punkaharju 38 km, Sulkava 42 km, Imatra 136 km, Helsinki 335 km.
