In the bedroom with dressing room and attached bathroom there is a romantic four-poster bed (160x200cm). In the living room, the sofa can be turned into a queen size bed (140x200cm) in a few simple steps. The apartment has two bathrooms. Both bathrooms are spacious, equipped with rain shower, respectively with corner bathtub, toilet with shower function, hairdryer and sink. A baby crib or baby-chair can be provided on request. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. The bathrooms are also equipped with plenty of circulation space. From the balcony (17 sqm) with table and lounge chairs you can fully enjoy the panorama. Board games, books, CD player are available. WIFI internet is available. The apartment ventilation can be switched on and off individually. A ski and storage room for bicycles is located in the basement. The apartment has its own underground parking space and an outdoor parking space. An own washing machine/dryer are available in the basement compartment. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment. The net proceeds from the rental of the Fortaleza apartment will benefit the youth center in Mekelle (northern Ethiopia). Mr. and Mrs. Hässig worked in this center for several months and visit it regularly. Every day up to 700 young people come to this center and are supported. Urgently needed due to high unemployment and since November 2020 also warlike violence.

By car or local bus you are in the middle of the family-friendly ski and hiking area Amden-Arvenbüel in a few minutes.
