Villa La Felce is a typical Tuscan stone farmhouse surrounded by olive groves and breathtaking views, offering comfort, privacy, and relaxation. The recently restored villa maintains original and eccentric details while providing fabulous accommodations. Situated in a secluded environment among green hills overlooking Val di Chiana, the villa is accessible via a country road dotted with cypresses and pine trees. It is surrounded by two hectares of land, including large gardens with fragrant plants, shrubs, and a 200-olive-tree grove. The villa offers Internet Wifi and Parking.

Outdoors
The pool is located on the edge of the olive grove, offering splendid views of the surrounding landscape. The villa is surrounded by a large garden bordered by shrubs and trees. Guests have access to an outdoor area equipped with a dining table, barbecue, bowling green, and a large loggia that can comfortably accommodate 10 people.

Unit Layout
The ground floor features a large furnished terrace leading into a reception room and a living room with a traditional fireplace offering views of the garden and Tuscan hills. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a fireplace corner. There is also a dining room with a table and chairs for 12 people, a double bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and a laundry room. The first floor, accessed via stairs from the living room, has a wide corridor with panoramic windows leading to the sleeping area, including a bedroom with a valley view and a private bathroom with a double sink and bath/shower combination. There are three additional double bedrooms, two spacious and one slightly smaller, overlooking the valley and garden, and two bathrooms with showers.
