You will stay in a magnificent 17th-century stone farmhouse immersed in the lush greenery and beautiful woods of the Siena mountains near Sovicille, Italy. The villa has been lovingly restored, preserving its original Tuscan architectural features like exposed beamed ceilings, lime-washed walls, and terracotta floors, while seamlessly integrating modern Italian elements. This elegant yet eclectic holiday villa offers ample parking and accommodates up to 10 guests across the main building and an outbuilding.

Outdoors
Surrounding the villa is a picturesque rural landscape dotted with holm oak trees where truffles and porcini mushrooms thrive, along with olive groves and vibrant wildflowers. A charming dirt road lined with cypress and oak trees leads you to the villa's entrance. The serene outdoor spaces feature an infinity pool measuring 4.5 x 13 meters with a travertine terrace and continuous fresh water flow providing a refreshing massage, as well as a serene "Zen" terrace perfect for evening cocktails. Enjoy alfresco dining on the paved terrace or utilize the external wood-burning bread-pizza oven and barbecue area.

Unit Layout
The main building welcomes you through two entrances, one leading to a lobby, wardrobe, and laundry room, and the other opening into a fully equipped kitchen ideal for cooking demonstrations and lessons. This level also houses a double bedroom with a private, wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The living room boasts a spectacular fireplace built into the natural rock foundation, while the dining room offers access to a furnished terrace overlooking the woods. Another double bedroom and bathroom are located nearby. Ancient travertine staircases ascend to a covered terrace, revealing a double bedroom with a private bathroom, a spacious living room with a fireplace, and two en-suite double or twin bedrooms. The adjacent outbuilding has been transformed into a contemporary living space with two upper-level bedrooms, each with a bath and shower, and an open living area with a fireplace and doors leading to an outdoor dining terrace.
