The main villa comprises a spacious and bright living room furnished with antique wooden furniture, beautiful paintings, a television, a sofa, and a dining table for eight people. The kitchen is well-equipped with four gas burners, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a toaster, a dishwasher, a moka pot, and other small appliances. The first two bedrooms feature double beds, air conditioning, access to small private terraces, and sea views. The third bedroom has a double bed (which can be separated into two single beds upon request) and air conditioning. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The first two bathrooms are equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle, and hairdryer.

The dependance (separate unit) houses the fourth bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, a small living area with a television, and access to a private terrace. The third bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower cubicle.
