The well-tended garden features trees, flowers, and regional plants, while a covered veranda with a masonry barbecue, glass and iron dining table, and wood-fired oven offers an ideal alfresco dining experience. Guests can also enjoy two ancient olive trees on a wonderful terrace and two parking spaces, accessed via 7 small steps.

Villa Nerano offers a spacious and thoughtfully designed interior layout. The Living Area comprises three interconnected sections: a dining area with a long rectangular table and visible kitchen; a comfortable lounge opening onto the terrace with designer armchairs, a round table, flat-screen TV, and a white Yamaha piano; and a living room with three sofas surrounding a peninsula bar. Each of the seven bedrooms boasts a king-size double bed, satellite TV, mini-fridge, and safe, with an ensuite private bathroom stylishly furnished for comfort and functionality. Additionally, there are two powder rooms, an open-air Jacuzzi, and two Teuco hydromassage baths.
