A stylish duplex penthouse, which has beautiful views over the sea. This airy apartment sleeps 3 people. It is a stunning property and is ideal for exploring the Costa Smeralda.

The apartment is designed for indoor and outdoor living, with two balconies. One has a table and chair, and the other has a sun lounger. Both have panoramic views out over Porto Rotondo.

The entrance opens onto an open-plan living room with lovely turquoise tiled floors. The room has 2 sofas and a flat-screen TV. Stairs lead to the upper floor, to a landing with a sofa bed and glass door into the kitchen/dining room. The spacious kitchen/dining room is full of light and has glass doors which open onto the balcony. The large dining table is next to the rustic-style kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob and oven. The fridge is downstairs.

Bedroom: The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes and a door to the kitchen.
Extra: There is a single bed on the landing.

Location
The residence is just 8 minutes from the heart of Porto Rotondo, which has all the glamour of the Costa Smeralda: excellent restaurants, exclusive boutiques and a vibrant nightlife. Porto Rotondo’s famous marina is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. In the summer months, the marina is home to some of the most expensive yachts in the world. From June to August the town hosts “Porto Rotondo in Fiera” a delightful street market that takes place every Wednesday morning.

In Olbia, you can explore vibrant farmers' markets held three times a week. The Saturday market in Via Sangallo is particularly recommended( 20 minutes). Otherwise, for self-catering, there are supermarkets and smaller shops close by.

Some of Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches are close by, including Spiaggia Punta Volpe (4-minute drive), Spiaggia di Ira (4-minute drive) and Marinella Bay (7-minute drive). They are known for their soft sand and crystal-clear water.

Olbia airport is just a 20-minute drive. If you are coming by ferry then the port of Golfo Aranci (16 minutes) has ferries to Livorno and Civittavecchia.
