Between Lake Trasimeno and the town of Passignano, are these 2 well-equipped cottages (Le Pedate and San Martino) from the late 1800. The houses were carefully restored and the furnishings are tasteful.
The houses are located in a green oasis with olives, fruit trees and oaks. In the garden there are many flowers in beds and pots.
In Le Pedates garden is a swimming pool. There is a playground, barbecue and washing machine, which is available for guests of both houses. A short path leads straight to Lake Trasimeno.
San Martino is located about 600 meters from Le Pedate. San Martinos own garden with garden furniture, is an obvious place to rest and relax.
Activities nearby: water sports, tennis, soccer and golf. There are cycle routes along the lake and in the nearby hills, as well as easy the difficult routes.

One obvious excursion is a boat trip on Lake Trasimeno. Flying ferry from Passignano to the islands Polvese and Maggiore.
