If you are thinking of stretching your legs... with an easy 1 km walk you can reach the village of Monte San Savino where, crossing the courtyard of the Town Hall, you can visit the hanging garden, very suggestive because it is built on a terrace overlooking the valley.

The living room and the bedroom on the ground floor are very popular on hot summer days because the large stone walls keep the temperature cooler.
A high stone wall delimits the part of the garden in the access area guaranteeing maximum privacy, while on the other side the open panorama of the valley stretches as far as the eye can see.
All around the villa there is a cool and panoramic garden (about 5000 sqm), completely fenced, where your pets can roam freely.

Looking at the photos you will immediately understand that by choosing Villa San Lorenzo for your holidays you will spend your days swimming in the beautiful private and fenced swimming pool (size 6x12 m, depth 1,20-2,00 m - open from 01st May to 30th September). Alternatively, you can enjoy the sun in the solarium equipped with sunbeds, gazebo, tables and chairs, or have fun playing table tennis or bowls. And in the evening you can look forward to the delicious Chianina meat grilled on the barbecue or cooked in the wood-fired oven at your disposal.

You can also keep your car cool in the convenient covered garage in front of the house.

Interior description
Following the morphology of the land the house is articulated on several levels and the rooms are connected by a few steps.
GROUND FLOOR: large rustic sitting room with characteristic stone walls and arches in bricks, TV and DVD player, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and washing machine.
FIRST FLOOR: with entrance by external staircase and typical loggia, sitting/dining room with TV, open fireplace and sofa, kitchen, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, bathroom with bath.

Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 180.
