A flight of open tread stairs leads from the living space to a restful 1st floor, with a 2nd double bedroom accompanied by a 3rd single bedroom. Please note the 1st floor overlooks the ground floor living room and bedroom, making the layout more suitable for families and laid-back groups not requiring 100% privacy to the ground floor.

The holiday apartment is situated along ‘Via Concordia’ in Marina di Pietrasanta, placing guests within easy walking distance from the other lidos, beach clubs and resort amenities, including authentic seafood restaurants, cafes and pizzerias (all under 10-15 minutes’ walk away).

The cities of Lucca and Pisa provide a great distraction day or night (35-38 minutes’ drive away). For those flying in, Pisa International Airport is 42 minutes’ drive away.
