A beautiful flat with a large terrace a few steps from the sea, located in the Vittoria Apuana area in Forte dei Marmi, a few meters from the beautiful beaches of Versilia and the famous city centre, Terrazza Apuana, is a great solution to spend your holidays, inside you will find a modern kitchen with dining room, a bathroom with shower, two bedrooms with 2 beds each and, the highlight of the flat, the terrace, where you can enjoy your meals in the company.

The central location of the flat, makes it very efficient for the needs of guests, in addition to the beaches of Versilia, in a few steps you can reach the markets and shops in the area!

From Forte dei Marmi you can easily reach the other cities of the coast in a few minutes by car or train (Viareggio, Pietrasanta and Massa-Carrara), but also major tourist attractions such as Florence and the hilly area of Chianti (about 1 hour and a half), the Lumigiana and the Apuan Alps (about 40 minutes), Pisa (40 minutes) and the beautiful Cinque Terre (1 hour).

Electricity needs to be paid extra at 10 Euros per day.
Television with DVD player and movies available to the guest, but no possibility to watch normal networks due to the absence of a common antenna.
