Comfortable vacation villa, with garden, barbecue, external area with loungers and table, balcony.
The villa is composed of two apartments, both with independent entrance. The apartments can be connected with an internal spiral staircase.
Ground floor apartment:
- 1 bedroom with double bed (on request, this can be split in two single beds).
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined to form a double bed).
- Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
- Large living room with kitchen, with access to garden. With dining table for 6 people, oven, dishwasher, cooktop. Sofa bed double, TV.
First floor apartment:
- Accessible from the internal staircase, or separately from an independent main door (there is a flight of stairs outside and inside).
- 1 bedroom with double bed.
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined to form a double bed). This room has an exit to balcony.
- Bathroom with shower and a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub. Washing machine. The bathroom has 2 doors: you can access the bathroom from the double bedroom and the living room.
- Living room with table and chairs, sofa bed double, TV.
- Kitchen with dishwasher, cooktop, oven, exit to balcony.
- Long balcony with small table and chairs, sun-awning.
Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.
Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00 --- Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the house.
- To ease and speed up your check-in, in advance please provide us with the list of guests (names and identity documents, that will be registered as required by the Italian Law for vacation rentals)
- Upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1€ per person, per day, only for the first 7 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.
