Good 3 room holiday house (70 m2) in Pielavesi with room for 5 people.
118 km north-west of Kuopio, L.Koivujärvi 15m, width 3 km, length 10 km. Shallow, hard sand rock bottom ca. 5 m, then mud bottom. Own rowing boat.
Log cottage 1990, living room/kitchen, downstairs bedroom with double bed, upstairs 2 x 120-cm beds and 1 bed, washroom, shower, open porch. Lakeshore sauna (20 m2) with dressing room, electric light. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Water pipe from the lake, owner brings drinking water.
Log cottage in good condition in sheltered place, island in front of cottage. Nice, safe yard area and shore area for families with children. Yard has grill tepee and roofed grill.
Owner rents out electric outboard motors, 4 hp outboard motor, canoes and bicycles.
Owner will heat smoke sauna for extra charge (not during Christmas), will take guests on lake trips in larger boat, and offers winter rides in sledge pulled by snowmobile (for extra charge).
During Christmas time there is a Christmas tree in the cottage.
Summer terrace and dance floor 14 km, Urho Kekkonen’s birth place ‘Lepikon Torppa’ 47 km.
