Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Private: swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shop 3 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 4 km, shopping centre 23 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 3 km, pedestrian zone 2 km, bicycle rental 4 km, pub garden 2 km, bus stop 300 m, railway station 50 km, ferry 50 km, sandy beach "Burriana" 4 km, diving center 4 km. Sports harbour 17 km, marina 17 km, golf course (18 hole) 23 km, surf school 45 km, sailing school 17 km. Nearby attractions: Frigiliana, Granada, Malaga, Competa, Maro, Almuñecar.
