The villa is spread over two floors and is characterised by elements reminiscent of old Sicilian dwellings: from the ancient stone floor to the majolica and resin tiles.
It is accessed from a cosy living area with a sofa and kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoy excellent home-cooked meals (5-burner hob, electric oven, dishwasher and coffee machine (Nespresso, American-style and a moka).
On the ground floor there is also the sleeping area with two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with two beds and a further bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, accessible from the outside, there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom overlooking a beautiful sea view terrace.

Outside there is a splendid covered veranda overlooking the sea, furnished with a large table for 10 people and a comfortable area with a charcoal BBQ. The real highlight is the infinity pool (10 x 5 m, depth 1.5 m), surrounded by a large solarium with sun loungers and relaxation areas surrounded by greenery.
The property has free internal parking, with two covered parking spaces and a private gate guaranteeing security and total tranquillity.
The nearest public beach, Guidaloca Bay, is 2 km from the villa, the Tonnara and the Faraglioni rocks are 1 km away and the Zingaro Nature Reserve is 3 km away. It is possible to reach the village of Scopello where there are bars and restaurants or the market on foot.
