The beautiful apartment is blessed with a lot of sunlight and offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. It has a private pool with an alarm system and terrace where guests can unwind and de-stress in the pleasant weather throughout the year.
 
There is a dining area both outside and inside the apartment. The indoor dining area also enjoys direct access to the terrace. Adjoining the dining area is the living room which has very pretty interiors. It is complete with two sofas, a flat-screen TV, decorated shelves and a fully-equipped kitchen. This open kitchen has a coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, an induction hob, a toaster, an electric kettle and a fridge with a freezer. A winding staircase leads to the mezzanine level furnished with a sitting area.

There is a restaurant, shop, supermarket, take-away and a pharmacy within 200 meters of the house. Mougins is a famous tourist destination known for hosting a number of artists throughout history. It is surrounded by a lot of greenery and therefore, it is not uncommon to come across olive groves and cypress trees on one of your walking trails. The historical significance of the village is immense, glimpses of which can be witnessed in its various monuments, historical buildings like churches, fountains and museums that are home to artifacts going back to several centuries. The local gastronomy is worth exploring too.
 
The must-visit destinations of the French Riviera including Cannes, Nice (35 minutes), Eze (45 minutes), Villefranche-Sur-Mer (50 minutes), Antibes (28 minutes) and more can be explored too.
