We are in a very quiet and peaceful residential area, but not isolated, surrounded by greenery for relaxing holidays, with sea view. We are 5 minutes from the beach, with a large garden equipped for outdoor dining and sea view. area suitable for outdoor walks!

the garden is completely fenced and safe also for children and equipped with garden furniture, (with an area for eating outside, with wooden table and chairs for the exclusive use of each flat). Swimming pool with panoramic terrace (with a view of the sea and the surrounding hills) and large solarium, both paved in local stone, for relaxing and sunbathing. It is reserved exclusively for our guests, completely fenced off for added security. Slightly salty water, chlorine-free!

It consists of: kitchen with large veranda for outdoor dining (exclusive use), living area, sleeping area with 1 double bed, partially separated, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine. We rent it with many amenities such as satellite TV, iron and ironing board, clothesline, microwave, washing machine, toaster, etc. We have a water supply and the windows are all fitted with mosquito nets. There is also a free beach umbrella available for each flat.
