We offer our guests two two-room apartments adjacent to the first floor, completely renovated in winter 2023, overlooking one of the main squares in the historic part of Portoferraio. Very central location, close to the seafront where sailing boats and yachts are anchored, convenient to all services: pubs, lounge bars, restaurants, pizzerias and the fantastic and typical shops along the Darsena. The capital of the island evokes unique sensations, you can breathe the scent of the sea, you can see unique panoramas, you can walk in its colorful streets and picturesque alleys, all within walking distance, admiring testimonies of Ligurians, Etruscans, Greeks and Romans (remember that it is in fact one of the oldest municipalities on the island). As for the sea, you can reach the Viste beach in 500 meters, a place where time seems to have stopped, or in less than 1 km the Ghiaie beach, a splendid inlet of white pebbles that will take you to a Caribbean environment. Just a short walk from the port, idyllic location for travelers on foot.

One bed-room apartment sleeps 2/4:
The apartment is located in the pleasant setting of the picturesque streets of the centre, on the first floor of a small residential building, a position that makes it comfortable and at the same time bright. It is composed of a living room with double sofa bed and a modern kitchen. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and finally a lovely bathroom with walk-in shower.

- overlooking one of the main squares, where there is a large paid car park, of which the first 20 minutes are free, perfect for a stop while unloading luggage

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not permitted
- check-in from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00
- supplement of €30.00 for the presence of small sized animals allowed (only small size)
- air conditioning for a fee, € 5 per day
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
