Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, kettle, microwave) with dining table. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: 2 double bedrooms. Exit to the garden. Hip bath/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Natural stone floors. Large balcony, small garden 20 m2. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Shop 100 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant, bar, bakery 100 m, bus stop "C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico" 100 m, railway station "Como" 26 km, ferry "Cadenabbia" 7 km, sandy beach 150 m, grass beach "Lido di Ossuccio" 1.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 11 km. Marina 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 14 km, minigolf 11 km, children's playground 100 m. Nearby attractions: Villa Balbianello-Lenno, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna, Como.
