Villa Sonia is a beautiful, modern villa that can accommodate 8 people, the size of 280 square meters, located in a quiet rural area not far from the picturesque old town of Labin and 15 minutes away from the beautiful Rabac.

Villa Sonia has 4 luxuriously equipped rooms with bathrooms with wardrobe space and direct exits to the terraces.

By placing two bedrooms in the ground floor and the other two bedrooms on the first floor, complete privacy of guests is enabled.

One of the bedrooms on the ground floor is fully adapted to its dimensions for people with disabilities. There is also a small study for guests who must have complete privacy.

On the ground floor there is also a large daily lounge area equipped with a large TELEVISION and play station, a table for 8 people and a superbly equipped kitchen.

In a separate part of the ground floor there is a wellness zone with a Finnish sauna and ceramic ergonomic warm beds and lighting suitable for chromotherapy.

Also, the ground floor accommodates a room for washing and drying laundry as well as a guest toilet.
The house has all the facilities for a perfect outdoor living: a summer covered kitchen with a large dining table and a kitchen block with induction and dishes, a handy toilet, an open-air ofyr barbecue and a small vegetable garden, a covered terrace with lounge furniture with a beautiful view of the olive trees and lavender and stunning sunsets.

On the spacious sunbathing area around the pool there are 8 comfortable sun loungers with coffee tables, jacuzzi and outdoor shower.Nearby is a small gym with multistation cyber devices, which covers basic maintenance training and outdoor chess that can be enjoyed by everyone.

Unobstructed view through the glass fence of lavender and nearby vineyards from the large terrace upstairs, equipped with outdoor beds and in summer the song of crickets.

The entrance to the garden area is enabled by a movable entrance door with an intercom.

The air temperature is adjusted on the thermostats as desired.
Video surveillance is installed on the entrance parking area.

Being located in a rural area, the house is not suitable for people with insect intolerance.
