With 180 square meters of interior space divided on 3 different levels, the villa setup is the ideal environment for a family vacation, therefore offers separate spaces for family and friends entertainment or relaxing in privacy and complete freedom.
The ground level features a large and bright high open ceiling living and dining area offering a beautiful view of the sea, and a direct access to the outside terrace. This area is connected with a fully equipped kitchen and an indoor staircase which leads to a spacious gallery overlooking the ground floor, conceived as an additional entertainment or relaxing area.
The 4 ensuite comfortable double bedrooms are located and equally divided on 2 upper levels of the house, the mezzanine and the loft, therefore offering privacy if needed. An inner staircase connects the bedrooms with the before mentioned gallery. The bedrooms are spacious and bright, each one with its own ensuite bathroom, decorated with warm colors and traditional style expected from a beautiful family villa.
