Lovely seaside House is a holiday home situated just 30 m from the seaside, beach and the pool.
The property is made by well known croatian architect (....). The property consists of a two floor house where the kitchen, bathroom and livingroom dinning are on the ground floor. There are exits to all four sides of the house so you can easly communicate with the garden, outside bbq dinning and a front side garden.
On the floor there is a gallery with bedroom. In that bedroom there is a double bed and one single bed, with window to a garden and with a seaview.
The small object by the side is a 2nd small object with bedroom and a bathroom.
The house is in the shade of big old threes and has own parking place.The parking place is fenced and offers two places wich.
Outside bbq and dinning area are on the east side of the house so during hot summer days you can enjoy in the shade.
The Beach is just 30 m from the house so to take a dip in clear adriatic sea you just need to cross the road.
This lovely place will be a perfect spot to all of guests that want to relax and yet be just few meters from the beach, bars and restaurants.
Just 50 m from the house is a public swimming pool and a nice beach.
Selce is very nice place with a good climate and offers medditeranean holiday.
