Characteristic restored stone house of 80 m2 that can accommodate up to 6 persons. Guests have access to a 250 m2 garden with table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts, barbecue, private parking both inside and immediately outside the property. The accommodation is equipped with internet connection, central heating, cot and high chair for baby. It is spread over two floors. On the ground floor: living room with sofa bed for two persons, satellite TV, kitchenette with dining table. The lower floor is accessed by a spiral staircase where there are two bedrooms, one double (access to the garden up a flight of stairs) and one twin, complete bathroom with shower. Panoramic position overlooking the vineyards and olive groves of the Chianti hills. The house, surrounded by greenery, is located in a small hamlet in the hills in the heart of Chianti. The location is strategic for reaching all the best-known places in this wonderful part of Tuscany. The most important town, Greve in Chianti, is only 7 km away. Other famous localities can be reached just as easily via the Chiantigiana road, enjoying splendid views. Greve in Chianti 7 km (all kinds of shops, tennis courts), Panzano in Chianti 12 km, Radda in Chianti 20 km, Gaiole in Chianti 24 km, Florence 37 km, San Gimignano 50 km, Siena 50 km, Volterra 70 km, the famous equipped beaches of Versilia 141 km. From Panzano onwards, the road follows the ridge of the hills in a succession of unique panoramas. You will be spoilt for where to stop to take the photos that will remind you of your holiday. For golf lovers, the Ugolino golf courses are nearby.
