The flat is located in Venturina Terme immersed in a quiet environment with views of the mountains and the sea. The town of Venturina is about one kilometre or less than 2 minutes away by car. Here there are numerous cafés, restaurants, shops and supermarkets (about 300 metres away) that guests can visit without having to drive too far. In the immediate vicinity, just across the road, is the Terme di Venturina, where guests can spend a day at the spa: with mud baths and inhalations (available with a doctor's prescription and affiliated with the ASL), a swimming pool with thermal water at 31°, tennis courts and paddle courts) as an alternative to the sea, which is in any case only 4 km from the house.
A few hundred metres away you will find the Calidario lake, already frequented in its time by the ancient Romans

The nearest beach is in the Rimigliano park and is only 4 km away. For lovers of crystal-clear sea, we recommend a visit to the Gulf of Baratti, just a 10-minute drive from the house.

The city of Livorno, known for its port, waterfront and history, is about 40 minutes away by car.
The beautiful art city of Florence and the famous Chianti region are about 2 hours away by car.
Pisa and its Leaning Tower are 1 hour away from the flat.

Those who love good wine and Tuscan wine cellars can visit Bolgheri and the Val di Cornia half an hour away from Venturina Terme.
