The "Villa Emanuela" apartments are located in the center of the largest sandy beach on the island of Elba, in such a favorable position that they literally allow you to leave the house and dive into the sea. From the terrace, as well as from the loggia of the large apartment/villa on the ground floor, you can enjoy an enchanting panorama that embraces the entire bay of Marina di Campo. Having dinner or resting in these rooms is a unique experience that will probably be hard to break away from!
Three-room apartment no. 2 with outdoor kitchen (4 beds - max. 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children)
50m2 apartment. ground floor. Next to the 3-room apartment n*1, but completely independent, it has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 beds, one of which is pull-out, a bathroom, a living room that opens onto the terrace with sea view equipped with a kitchenette. The two three-room apartments can be connected with an internal door.
Important notes:
- the duty to register is necessary even if there is no overnight stay, but only a short stop (even less than an hour), therefore we inform the guests that it is necessary to communicate in advance any guests present in the structure
- the rent must be for a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children IN THREE ROOM 1; maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children in THREE BEDROOM 2
- minimum age to check in is 25 years
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out before 9.00; for check-in after 20.00 a surcharge of €50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; refundable at the end of the stay after seeing the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned until 3pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (must be requested at the time of booking); cannot be reserved on site
Among the house rules is respect for silence. Special attention is required from families, it is not possible to let children play on the stairs in the structure out of respect for other guests.
One parking space per apartment is available for guests.
