The 4-storey apartment building of which the flat is a part is centrally located, so guests will stay within easy reach of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and the beautiful nearby beaches, all within walking distance. The holiday flat is located in an enviable position along "Via Vittorio Veneto", a 1-minute walk from the beautiful beaches of Alassio, a multitude of typical restaurants, the weekly market, shops, pastry shops and ice-cream shops. A modern supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The central location close to the amenities, attractions (Budello di Alassio and Muretto di Alassio) and beaches of Alassio mean that a car is not necessary to enjoy a holiday here! The nearest international airport is Genoa Airport, approximately a 1 hour 15 minutes car ride away. For those coming by train, Alassio has its own railway station, just a few minutes walk on foot from this apartment.
