The villa, projected in the early 1950s and built in typical Caprese style architecture, has been recently fully renovated.
The property is located in a delightful corner of the island near the famous Blue Grotto (Grotta Azzurra) which boasts crystal clear turquoise waters, and is just 20 minute walk from the property. It is completely surrounded by lush exotic vegetation including maritime pine trees, prickly pears, olive and cypress trees the position that offers total peace and tranquillity, with the only noise that breaks the silence is the delightful sound of birds dancing in the air.
The villa also offers some of the most wonderful views over the whole of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius.
The villa boasts a wonderful 1,000 mq garden filled which also provides plenty of shade, and has been furnished with outdoor furniture providing a great opportunity for having breakfast, dinner parties and even barbeques. The villa also boasts a wonderful 6 m. diameter x 1.4 m. deep swimming pool, well positioned amongst laurel shrubs, and overlooking the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius. The interiors of the villa are adorned with 17th Century French prints, prestigious antiques from the 19th century, all elegantly combined with contemporary items of immaculate taste.
The villa is divided on two levels and the best adjectives to describe it are elegant and airy. The property can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed located on the ground floor from which there is convenient access to the ensuite bathroom complete with shower. The other two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The first bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, has an ensuite shower room while the other bedroom, with a queen-size bed features an outside bathroom.
Both of the upper floor bedrooms have wonderful sea views and the master bedroom (the room with the king size bed) also has direct access onto to a magnificent sea view balcony.
A double living-dining room leads to a large terrace that is connected to the lovely garden equipped with garden chairs and loungers and a large dining table perfect for al -fresco dining and relaxing in the sunshine.
The villa also boasts a very bright professionally equipped kitchen, located adjacent to a small courtyard ideal for morning breakfast and barbecues. There is a second outdoor table which can be used for dining.

GENERAL RULES OF THE HOUSE
- Smoking is prohibited in the house
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they are not staying overnight, without prior permission
- All guests must observe a good neighborly policy and not participate in the illegal activities
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between 22.00 and 8:00.
- Party planning is not permitted without the owner's consent
- Renter must be 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets are not allowed, unless otherwise stated in the reservation
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the provided credit card if any damage occurs during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill something that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately
