Villa Cappuccini is a beautiful villa situated about 1 km from the characteristic medieval village of Castiglion Fiorentino, it is not always necessary to use the car to get around, but you can take a short walk to the village to get a cappuccino, an ice cream or dine in one of the typical restaurants.

All around the house there is a large garden of about 6.000 m2 partially fenced in where it will be exciting to organize delicious barbecues in the cool gazebo furnished with table and chairs, adjacent to the beautiful fenced swimming pool (size 5x10 m - depth 1,40 - 2,00 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) and a large solarium equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and sun umbrellas. At the edge of the garden, protected by a high hedge, is the house where lives the owner who, with his discreet presence, will be a point of reference for any needs or information.

Villa Cappuccini is the perfect union between modern and classic style, which well mixed make the villa extremely welcoming and charming, almost every room is characterized by handmade paintings and antique furniture. The presence of two kitchens makes the villa very flexible to the needs of several families and groups of friends, who can also organize fun tournaments at the table tennis. Your small four-legged friends are also welcome.
