The Sea Villas residence is a complex of villas arranged on a hill overlooking the sea and with a breathtaking view, located within the Country Paradise complex in Punta su Torrione, a few kilometers by car from Stintino.

In the immediate vicinity there are services such as bars, restaurants, market, pharmacy, ice cream parlor, ATM, launderette and shops (the opening of these services is at the discretion of private operators, usually from June to September).

The residential complex is located on a hill that plunges straight into the so-called "sea outside", the western part of Stintino. The coast of this land side is high and jagged and alternates with sandy and pebble coves. The nearby Le Saline beach, which overlooks the inland coast, more sheltered and characterized by sloping shallow waters, is only 3 km from the Sea Villas, while the famous La Pelosa beach is 10 km away. Therefore, the use of a car is recommended.

The complex is made up of numerous semi-detached, multi-family or terraced villas and Villa 6IN has a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom and shared swimming pool.


MANDATORY CHARGES TO BE PAID LOCALLY AT CHECK-IN:

1) FORFAIT: per day per person from 03.06 to 15.09, € 7.00 adults; € 3.00 for children 3/11.99 years, free for children 0/2.99 years. Prices include energy consumption (electricity, water and gas) and the first supply of bed linen (change of bed linen every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights)

2) FINAL CLEANING: Villa 6IN €85.00; Kitchenette and disposal of waste by the customer or supplement of € 50.00.

3) TOURIST TAX: to be paid on site, it is mandatory for the municipality of Stintino. The amount may vary depending on the period.

4) DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (costs charged to the customer).


TO KNOW:

1) Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – check-out by 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the structure otherwise the reception cannot be guaranteed and a supplement of € 50.00 will be requested.

2) It is specified that in this complex separate collection is carried out and waste is placed in special containers.

3) Those who book the villas with swimming pools will be asked, together with the delivery of the keys, to sign a release in which it is highlighted that the use of these areas is under their own responsibility, as they are private pools for the which the presence of lifeguards is not necessary.

4) The apartments are located in a residential context and the photos are explanatory.

6) COT (for children 0/2.99 years) ON REQUEST: € 5.00 per day, free if brought by the customer.

7) LINEN: bathroom linen rental € 10.00 per set (one set includes shower towel, face towel and guest towel); extra bed linen € 20.00 for double set, € 10.00 for single set.

8) TRANSFER: from/to Alghero airport €90.00 for 1/3 pax car, €120.00 for 4/8 pax car. From/to Porto Torres €60.00 for 1/3 pax car, €80.00 for 4/8 pax car. From 22:00 to 06:00 surcharge of 20%. Prices are per way.
