The structure, built in 2020, stands a few hundred meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, La Pelosa, which overlooks the protected marine area of the Asinara Island which later became a National Park in 2002. Finely furnished and equipped equipped with every comfort, the apartments can be on the ground floor with patio or on the first floor with terrace, equipped with table and chairs.

The residence, with a contemporary design, consists of 56 apartments divided into 5 residential groups surrounded by gardens. Inside the structure there are shared services such as a swimming pool, barbecue and a playground area. In the immediate vicinity there are bars and restaurants.

Sports lovers will find diving, kite and windsurf centres; possibility of trekking and boat trips.

The town of Stintino is an ancient fishing village which is only 4 km away, therefore the use of a car is recommended. The village is known for its picturesque little port and the new marina, both surrounded by typical restaurants. On summer evenings, the center is enlivened by the colorful night market. The nearby beaches of Il Gabbiano and La Pelosetta host bathing establishments where it is possible to rent umbrellas and sunbeds (the opening of these services is at the discretion of private operators).

The Bilocale Premium apartment is a 38sqm apartment with living room with kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher, double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom.


MANDATORY TO BE PAID LOCALLY AT CHECK-IN:

1) FORFAIT: from 03.06 to 15.09 per day per person € 10.00 adults; €5.00 for children 3/11.99, free for children 0/2.99. Prices include: energy consumption (electricity and water), the first supply of bed linen and towels (linen change every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights). For stays of 14 days or multiples, 1 free tidying up is provided (kitchenette excluded).

2) FINAL CLEANING: €80.00; Kitchenette and disposal of waste by the customer or supplement of € 50.00.

3) TOURIST TAX: to be paid on site, it is mandatory for the municipality of Stintino. The amount varies according to the period.

4) DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (costs charged to the customer).


TO KNOW:

1) Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – check-out 9:00 to 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the structure, for the release of the KEY BOX code for the collection of the key. In case of failure to communicate, acceptance is not guaranteed and a supplement of € 50.00 may be requested.

2) It is specified that in this complex separate collection is carried out and waste is placed in special containers.

3) The apartments are located in a residential context and the photos are explanatory.

4) LINEN: bathroom linen rental € 10.00 per set (one set includes shower towel, face towel and guest towel); extra bed linen € 20.00 for double set, € 10.00 for single set.

5) TRANSFER: from/to Alghero airport € 90.00 for 1/3 pax car, € 120.00 for 4/8 pax car. From/to Porto Torres €60.00 for 1/3 pax car, €80.00 for 4/8 pax car. From 22:00 to 06:00 surcharge of 20%. Prices are per way.
