Inside, the house features a living area with a charming living room, complemented by a comfortable sofa, a dining area for 4 people and a full kitchen with induction hob and wooden details. A comfortable bathroom with shower also offers convenient functionality.
From the living room one moves into the sleeping area. The hallway leads to a master bedroom with a double bed. A second bedroom, also with a double bed, completes the house.

The picturesque location, right opposite the landing stage, allows our guests to take the boat service to Ascona and Locarno across the lake in just 15 minutes.
A restaurant and a city market just before the car park can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. In the same direction you will find the beautiful Lido with a public beach on the lake, equipped with a trampoline, solarium and public showers, as well as the possibility of an outdoor barbecue and a ping pong table; all services are public and free of charge.
Other nearby highlights and ideas for the perfect day trip include a visit to Bellinzona (35 minutes by car) and fun and action at the Monte Tamaro adventure park (45 minutes by car).
