Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Electric heating. Large terrace 33 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, sitting area. Very beautiful view of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Sandy beach 2.5 km, bathing lake "Storevatn" 2.5 km, lake Øre 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Åseral/Kyrkjebygd 12 km, Evje 45 km, Kristiansand/Airport 85 km, Eikerapen Gjestegård/Kanoutleie 45 m, Sport fishing 2.5 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
