The inviting living area, with comfortable sofa and armchairs and a flat-screen TV, is complemented by an adjoining dining room overlooking the garden and a large modern eat-in kitchen with access to a romantic terrace, perfect for al fresco dining with friends or relaxing during the day. A modern bathroom with walk-in shower completes the layout of the beautiful ground floor, while on the upper floor you will find 2 modern bedrooms suitable for couples, each with its own private bathroom. The gated villa is located along the side road of "Via Calagrande", in Massarosa, 10 minutes' walk from a nice and typical Italian restaurant and 9 minutes' drive from the coast. In addition, guests will be 14-21 minutes' drive from the famous resorts of nearby Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi.
