Private: garden 3'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 04.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, sandy beach "Versilia" 65 km, thermal baths "Montecatini Terme" 18 km.
