Conveniently located on one level, the spacious living room with dining facilities and kitchen comes fully equipped to ake you self catering holiday as easy as posisble. There are two twin bedrooms that share a shower room and the master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. Air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms and WiFi is readily available throughout. Patio doors lead out from the living room to a spacious terrace looking out towards your own swimming pool with artificial grass laid out to the side. A brick BBQ completes the villa for lazy evenings dining with family and friends alfresco under the Canarian stars.

Mobility Statement
To access the villa there is a path which is 86cm wide along with 5 steps up to the villa itself, although there is also a ramp that reaches the front door. The front door has a width of 75cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors which are 85cm wide but there are 2 steps down from this way. The grounds are a mixture of tiles and artificial grass and the pool has roman steps to enter. There is access to the pool area by a side gate from the ramp at the entrance however also a step this way. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 68cm wide which is the 1st twin room and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 67cm wide which can be either of the bathrooms.
