The ground floor of the villa has a modern open kitchen connected to the living room. Room height in the villa is more than 5 meters. There are large windows facing the forest, making the living area peaceful and private. The living room has a fireplace and 75” TV. In addition, on the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, a separate WC, wardrobe, sauna, washroom, and utility room. The dressing room has a drying cabinet for outdoor clothes and access to the covered terrace. On the upper floor, there is a living area with a TV, two double bedrooms, and WC. The villa is equipped with a wireless Internet connection.

The storage and maintenance facilities for skis and golf equipment are located in a separate area of the garage building. In the yard, there is an atmospheric cooking hut (Timapuu-brand), which offers space for up to 10 people. The use of the hut is included in the rent.

Ski trails and snowmobile trails start almost next to the cabin. The nearest ski lift is No. 6, which is connected to the Restaurant Draivi and illuminated ski trail. In the summer, Golf Club and Tea No. 1 is only approx. 1.7 km away. In winter, the ski bus runs 200 meters away every 30 minutes, and it takes you comfortably to the center of Levi to restaurants, shops, and as well as to the nearest ski lift no. 6 (Northeast slope).
