The stylishly furnished terrace enjoys uninterrupted views over the sea and is equipped with sunbeds and a chill-out area making it the perfect place to relax at any time of the day or dine with loved ones. The apartment has access to two communal swimming pools for adults and one for children.

The open-plan living area is furnished with a set of sofas, a coffee table and a large flat-screen TV, this area flows into a dining area equipped with a table for 6. The modern kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, fridge freezer and small breakfast bar.

This sunny apartment is located in Sitio de Calahonda, on the Costa Del Sol in Spain between Marbella (a 17-minute drive) and Fuengirola (a 17-minute drive). The property is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. It is also a 10-minute drive from no less than 10 golf courses. For those that love the sea there are many opportunities to enjoy water sports nearby.

For day trips, Malaga is a 38-minute drive and Mijas Pueblo is a 21-minute drive.
