New apartment, charming and well designed.
80 square meters, for 4 people:
Two bedrooms, each one with a double bed.
A bathroom with large shower box, sink, toilet, bidet; washing machine.
A well-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, hob, sink.
Living room with sofa, coffee table, mirror, access to a small balcony, TV.
Air conditioning in the living room and in the two bedrooms.
Free Wi-Fi.
The parking place is about 500 meters away, in Via Cairoli.
The parking is upon request, to pay extra on site (10€ per day).

IMPORTANT NOTES AND RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Children under 14 years old are not allowed. Dogs and pets are not allowed.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, without elevator (6 flights of stairs).
The bell tower of the ancient Church of Sant'Andrea is quite close. In the morning the typical tolling of bells may disturb the sleep of the most sensitive people.
However, all the windows in the apartment are equipped with double glaze windows.

Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1,5€ per person, per day, only for the first 3 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.

Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.
