Located on the ground floor of a small apartment building the property enjoys a small balcony furnished with an outside table and chairs. This space is accessible through large French doors and provides the ideal alfresco extension to the living space.

Inside, the open-plan living space is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen satellite TV and a dining table. This area also incorporates the kitchen which is fitted with; an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a fridge freezer.

Location

The property is located in Tar, a small town on the coast in Istria, northern Croatia. The surrounding area is known for its picturesque landscapes, historic towns, olive groves and vineyards. Vina Demark, Pervino Winery and the Cervar Extra Virgin Olive Oil co-operative are all less than a 15-minute drive away.

Other popular excursions nearby include a visit to the historic town of Porec (an 18-minute drive) known for its well-preserved Roman architecture or a trip to the small coastal town of Novigrad known for its historical charm, fishing traditions and relaxed atmosphere, (an 11-minute drive).

The Aquapark Istralandia Waterpark is a 16-minute drive and the Sky Fox Adrenaline Park is a 5-minute drive away and both offer fun for all the family. For beach days visitors are spoilt for choice and will find numerous options dotted along the coast, each with its own unique character many within a 5-10-minute drive from the accommodation.
