Although it is a Residence it offers guests of the various apartments privacy and exclusive services, the fact of being part of a shared property will not become a limit but a surplus. In fact, you will enjoy many services: outdoor shower with hot water, a park, two BBQ areas, coin-operated laundry, charging stations for electric vehicles, parking spaces inside the property closed by a gate.
The structure is a paradise for those traveling with the family, children will be able to play safely in the common garden where there are also outdoor games to keep them distracted. Marina di Campo is also the perfect destination for couples or groups of friends, the small fishing village in fact offers a complete 360 ??degree holiday: a long beach of golden sand, services, clubs and evening restaurants, pubs to unwind after a busy day sunny day.
Tramontana - One bed-room apartment sleeps 2
Nice 29m2 apartment consisting of a bright double bedroom, small kitchen, bathroom with shower cubicle. Large loggia equipped for eating outside.
Common services: outdoor shower with hot water, large garden, two BBQ areas, coin-operated laundry, charging stations for electric vehicles
Each apartment is equipped with: gas burners, refrigerator, oven or microwave, wifi, inverter air conditioning, terrace or loggia for exclusive use, hairdryer
Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in is 21 years (aimed at groups of guys; family welcome)
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 10.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- one medium-sized pet is allowed per apartment, with a cleaning supplement of €30
- deposit (mandatory): 200 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- * For groups of guys under 25 years of age the deposit will be increased by 100 euros per apartment.
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
