Villa Panzano are a wonderful villa immersed in the Chianti Classico countryside, in a panoramic position, close to Greve and halfway between Florence and Siena. From the entrance gate, after about 65 m you can reach the property, which is surrounded by a large garden with lawn.
Within the garden you will find a lounge area (furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a small table) and a dining area with a table for 16 people and a barbecue, an ideal setting for alfresco meals.
The outdoor spaces are embellished by a stunning private swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth from 1.20 m to 2.40 m), located at a lower level and equipped with some parasols and sun loungers. From the pool you can admire a breathtaking view of the surrounding vineyards. Next to the property there is a small private restaurant owned by Villa Torre Greve and at our guests full disposal, it can be accessed directly from the garden.

Villa Panzano is situated at 5 km away from Greve in Chianti the main town of the chianti terroir and located in the very middle of the wine area, Greve in Chianti a village just halfway between Firenze and Siena where you can find typical "trattorias" restaurants, traditional wine and olive oil farmhouses that you can visit for drink or buy wine and all basic shops.
The property is located in the wonderful area of Chianti Classico, known worldwide for the prestigious wine to which it gives birth (the typical mark of the Gallo Nero) and for its evocative sceneries and charming villages which are along the "Via Chiantigiana", from Panzano to Greve, from Castellina to Radda.
Even Siena, a splendid medieval city full of tradition and artistic masterpieces, is quite near, just 1 hour away by car. It is also worth visiting the countryside of Siena: here you will find other medieval gems, of incomparable charm and still remained intact, like San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Volterra and San Galgano. For sport lovers, several options are available: trekking and biking paths; tennis courts and football pitches at the Sporting Club Ugolino (24 km); golf courses at the Circolo Golf Ugolino (24 km); riding stables at the Equestrian Center Antellino (32 km). Lastly, if you love shopping, we recommend a visit to The Mall Outlet (34 km), where you can find the most important brands of international fashion.

- Party planning is not allowed.
- The tenant must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets not allowed unless otherwise specified in the reservation
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges on the credit card provided should any damage occur during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
