Very nice 4 room holiday house (138 m2) in Lignano Riviera with room for 7 people.
"Family", 4-room terraced house 138 m2 on 2 levels. Tasteful furnishings: large living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Bath/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Balcony, terrace, small garden, lawn. Terrace furniture, box-room. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage (1 car) at the house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for local tax. Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning and all energy costs are included.
Important note: From Sept. 24th 2023 until May 7th 2024 and from 29th Sept. 2024 until 23rd May 2025 only the holiday houses and apartments will be available. All facilities will be closed. In the district of Riviera 1.5 km from the centre of Lignano-Riviera, 13 km from the centre of Bibione, 95 km from the centre of Trieste, 1.8 km from the sea, on the golf course. For shared use: property 4 ha, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (690 m2, seasonal availability: 08.May. - 28.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, table tennis, children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, lounge, WiFi, sauna, fitness room, steam room, hot tub (all included), washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycle rental. Breakfast and half board possible (extra). Parking at the house. E-charging station. Supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Latisana (Venezia-Trieste)" 20 km, sandy beach 1.8 km.
